Agriculture.We shall be converting the land into plain NA within six months of the period.

At the moment you will be having an MOU between the company. Once the land will be converted into plain NA,we can do the sale deed registration for your plot provided you have paid the total amount of the plot.

Within 1 year or with full payment of plot after plain NA whichever is earlier. 

  • How can I sell the land if I want to?
    You can sell the plot after 1 year after possession of your plot.
  • No,we will require 6 months to offer possession.
